The AI chat editor is how you shape your Quickshops store after deploying a template. Instead of navigating menus or editing forms, you describe what you want to change in plain language and the editor figures out what to update. You see a preview of every change before it is applied, so nothing goes live until you approve it.

What you can customize

Products

Add new products, update descriptions, change file attachments, or remove products you no longer want to sell.

Pricing

Change the price of any product, add a discount, or set up a bundle — just tell the editor what you want.

Copy and text

Update your homepage headline, product descriptions, section titles, or any other text on your store.

Images

Replace product images or hero visuals by describing the change or uploading a new file.

Theme

Adjust colors, fonts, and the overall look of your storefront to match your brand.

How to make a change

1

Open the chat editor

From your dashboard, open the AI chat editor. It is always accessible from the main navigation.
2

Describe what you want

Type your request in plain language. You do not need to use any special commands or syntax.
3

Review the preview

The editor shows you exactly what will change before applying anything. Review the preview and confirm when you are happy.
4

Changes go live

Once you confirm, the update is applied to your live store immediately.

Example requests

Here are the kinds of things you can say to the chat editor:
  • “Add a new product called Notion Dashboard Kit priced at $19”
  • “Remove the starter pack from my store”
  • “Update the description of my course to focus on beginners”

Guided suggestions

You never have to start from a blank prompt. The chat editor always shows a set of suggested actions based on what is already in your store. Common suggestions include things like replacing a product, changing pricing, or editing a page section.
If you are not sure what to change, browse the suggestions. They are tailored to your current store and highlight the most common next steps for new sellers.

Safety and previews

Every change goes through a confirmation step before it affects your live store. You can review exactly what will be different, and if something does not look right you can adjust your request or discard it entirely.
Certain actions — like deleting a product — will ask for an extra confirmation before proceeding.
