The Customers page gives you a consolidated view of everyone who has ever bought from your store. Rather than piecing together buyer information from individual orders, you can see each person’s full history in one place — how many times they have purchased, when they last bought something, and a direct link to all of their orders.

Accessing your customer list

Go to Dashboard → Customers to see the list. Every entry represents a unique buyer email address derived from completed, paid orders. You can search by name or email and filter by order count or last activity to find exactly who you are looking for.

Search customers

Search by name or email address to pull up a specific customer instantly.

Filter by order count

Filter for customers with 1 order, 2–4 orders, or 5 or more to identify your most loyal buyers.

Filter by activity

Narrow to customers who purchased in the last 30 days, 90 days, or older to find lapsed buyers.

View all orders

Click a customer’s email to jump straight to all of their orders in the Orders view.

What each customer record shows

Each row in the customer list includes:
  • Email — the address the customer used at checkout, which links directly to their orders
  • Name — the name provided during the Stripe checkout process
  • Orders — the total number of completed purchases from this customer
  • Last order — the date and time of their most recent purchase
Clicking a customer’s email address in the list takes you directly to the Orders page, pre-filtered to show only that customer’s purchases. This makes it easy to review exactly what someone has bought and when, without any additional searching.

Subscribers and the member portal

If you sell subscription products, your subscribers can manage their own plans without contacting you. They have access to a self-service member portal — powered by Stripe — where they can update their payment method, change their plan, or cancel their subscription.
The member portal is available to any customer who has an active subscription. They access it through the link sent in their subscription confirmation email.
Use the “5+ orders” filter in the customer list to identify your most engaged buyers. These are great candidates to survey or offer exclusive products to.
