Quickshops can connect to a Telegram bot so you get notified the moment a sale comes in — right inside Telegram. Once connected, you can also ask the bot questions about your orders and revenue without opening your dashboard.Documentation Index

What you need
You need a Telegram account. If you don’t have one yet, download the Telegram app and create a free account at telegram.org.Connect Telegram to your store
Open the Chat or Settings page
In your Quickshops dashboard, navigate to Chat in the sidebar, or go to Settings → Telegram.
Click Connect Telegram
Select Connect Telegram. Quickshops will generate a unique link for your store.
Open the link in Telegram
Click the generated link. It will open Telegram and start a conversation with the Quickshops bot.
Only one Telegram account can be connected to a store at a time. If you want to switch to a different Telegram account, disconnect the existing one first from Settings → Telegram.

Instant sale alerts
Get a Telegram message every time a customer completes a purchase in your store.
Order queries
Ask the bot about recent orders, a specific customer, or a product’s sales history.
Daily summaries
Receive a daily revenue summary so you always have a pulse on how your store is performing.
Subscription events
Get notified when a subscription is created, renewed, or cancelled.
