Telegram lets you run store tasks without opening the dashboard on a computer. Once connected, you can message the Quickshops bot the same way you use AI Chat in the dashboard — describe changes, review proposals, and keep your store moving from your phone.
Telegram is a Pro plan feature. Upgrade from Account → Billing before connecting under Settings → Integrations.

Connect Telegram

Open Integrations

In your dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.

Connect Telegram

Under Messaging channels, click Connect Telegram. Quickshops generates a one-time link and code.

Open the link in Telegram

Tap the link on your phone (or scan the QR code if shown). In Telegram, tap Start when the bot opens.

Confirm connection

If Telegram only shows a Start button, you can also send /start followed by the code shown in the dashboard. When connected, the Integrations page shows Connected.
Use the same Telegram account you want to manage the store from. Each store connects to one Telegram chat at a time.

Disconnect

To remove the connection, go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to Telegram. You can reconnect anytime with a new link.

Troubleshooting

Confirm the Integrations page shows Connected. If it does and messages still fail, disconnect and reconnect, or contact support.
